How It All Began
Swiss Tech Awnings was founded in 1998 by Hans Zimmermann, who began selling awnings using only a display model on his truck. Due to high demand for custom awnings with quality service, Swiss Tech Awnings quickly grew into the business it is today.
Swiss Tech Today
Swiss Tech Awnings has installed more than 1000 awnings in the Seven Lakes and Pinehurst areas. In 2011, Hans allowed seven year employee Billy McNeill to take over the business to insure that customers would continue to get the service they had come to expect from Swiss Tech.
